Claire Harrison
Claire Harrison is a London-based beauty photographer and director whose practice centres on a fascination with skin texture, the sculptural form of the human body, nature, and the transformative qualities of colour. With a background in fine art and a discerning eye for set design and lighting, she works closely with set designers and make-up artists to bring her vision to life—crafting visual worlds that feel both intimate and elevated, instinctive yet meticulously composed.
Claire studied Photography at the University for the Creative Arts, following an art foundation year where she explored textiles, painting, and darkroom processes. Early experiments with analogue photography helped shape her visual language and instilled a lasting appreciation for materiality and hands-on image-making. Flowers appear frequently in her personal work.
Drawn to their fragility, rhythm, and quiet symbolism, Claire uses florals as a visual motif to evoke serenity, emotional resonance, and natural energy—qualities that continue to shape her aesthetic. Her portfolio spans beauty, fragrance, and jewellery, capturing craftsmanship and elegance with a painterly sensibility and a finely tuned awareness of texture and light. Whether working on location or at Battersea Park Studios—where she is a co-founder of a creative hub supporting image-makers and artists across disciplines—her process is grounded in curiosity and collaboration. Through close creative dialogue, she builds immersive, layered compositions that convey atmosphere, emotion, and precision.
Carolina Mizrahi
